Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Oncology Physician you will; Be the architect and leader of oncology care in Williston, ND, directly responsible for building, enhancing, and delivering comprehensive, state-of-the-art oncology services for a vast, appreciative service area. This pivotal role allows you to design your practice, from innovative treatment plans to patient support programs, making a profound and immediate difference in cancer care. Every day you will; Deliver high-impact cancer care within modern facilities, utilizing advanced technology to treat a robust patient panel with a diverse case mix, directly impacting countless lives. The ideal candidate for this position will be:

• BE/BC Oncologist

• Experienced in specialty

• Mon-Fri 8-5 pm

• Full time (40 hour work week)

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification or eligibility in Oncology

• Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota

• Strong clinical skills with experience in Oncology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families

Situated at the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri Rivers, Williston, North Dakota, covers 23 square miles and is the county seat of Williams County. Located just 60 miles from the Canadian border and 18 miles from the Montana border, Williston is commonly referred to as the “Western Star” and takes pride in its western heritage. While population growth in the area has started to normalize, the City of Williston ( experienced explosive growth over the past several years due to increased activity in the oil and gas industry. The City has grown 210% in size since 2010, jumping from a population of 12,120 to 29,160 as of the 2020 Census. This prosperous community has managed its incredible growth issues with great success, and is the sixth most populous city in North Dakota.

Williston’s economy is built on oil, agriculture, and tourism. It is home to over 200 oil service companies. Several of the top ten oil service companies in the world have operations in Williston.
