Art Director

The Art Director oversees social media curation and content creation, guiding creative quality, consistency, and execution while collaborating closely with internal teams and leadership. About this position The Art Director plays a key leadership role in overseeing social media curation and content creation across all client accounts. This position is responsible for ensuring every piece of content aligns with brand guidelines, visual standards, messaging, and publishing schedules. You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager/Account Manager to maintain production flow, provide creative direction to the video editing and content teams, and ensure assets are delivered on time and at a high standard. This role also works directly with the CEO to align creative execution with company vision, strategy, and evolving brand goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, values clarity and structure, and takes pride in building systems that support consistent, high-quality creative output. Requirements This role requires a strong eye for design, branding, and visual consistency, along with experience overseeing social media content and creative direction. You should be comfortable reviewing, guiding, and elevating content across platforms while communicating clearly and collaborating closely with project managers and creative teams.
