Senior Technical Lead

Position: Senior Technical Lead Location: California - Remote Duration: Long Term Client: State of California - Department of Justice

Job Description: MQ 1 Bachelor’s-level degree from a recognized college or university in an IT-related or Engineering field. Alternatively, qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Associated DQ: Master’s or Doctorate.

MQ 2 A minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Associated DQ: Nine (9) or more years of experience; six (6) or more years in lead capacity.

MQ 3 A minimum of four (4) years of experience leading technical teams of four (4) or more members. Associated DQ: Five (5) or more years of experience leading technical teams of five (5) or more members.

MQ 4 A minimum of six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skill in analysis, design, programming, and testing. Associated DQ: Seven (7) or more years of experience.

MQ 5 A minimum of two (2) years of experience developing, testing or maintaining large management information applications. Associated DQ: Three (3) or more years of experience.

MQ 6 A minimum of two (2) years of experience in data conversion and migration activities. Associated DQ: Three (3) or more years of experience.

MQ 7 A minimum of two (2) years of experience in developing and executing system integration testing plans. Associated DQ: Three (3) or more years of experience.
