BrightStar Care of Honolulu is hiring compassionate Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs for one-on-one in-home care across Oahu. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, free pre-hire training, and a team that treats you like family.

Pay & Benefits

• $19–$23 per hour based on experience and certification
• Your starting pay is just the beginning. We use a tiered pay structure tied to performance reviews, so caregivers who consistently deliver excellent care can earn raises and grow with us.

No Experience? We'll Train You.

You don't need prior experience to start. We offer free pre-hire training to help you build the skills and confidence to deliver excellent care. If you have a caring heart and a reliable, professional attitude, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping
• Give medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and communicate with families and our care team

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Completion of a nurse aide training program or equivalent (we offer free pre-hire training)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Preferred: CNA certification, valid Hawaii driver's license, experience in home care, assisted living, hospice, or dementia care

Service Area

Honolulu, Hawaii Kai, Kailua, Kaneohe, Aiea, Pearl City, Mililani, Ewa Beach, Waianae, and nearby Oahu communities.
