Serenity Solutions Medical Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, is actively seeking a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our outpatient practice within the Center for Advanced Cardiac Care (CACC). This full-time position emphasizes a collaborative approach to patient care under the leadership of the Chief Nurse Practitioner and guidance from the Medical Director of the Division of Cardiology. Work Environment

This role is located in a state-of-the-art hospital facility designed to foster collaboration and innovation among healthcare professionals. As a full-time NP, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no night shifts, weekends, or on-call duties. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive evaluation and management of cardiovascular conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, perform histories and physical examinations, and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage patients suffering from common cardiac issues, including hypertension, high cholesterol, acute coronary syndromes, and congestive heart failure.
• Administer outpatient-only electrophysiology services, addressing issues such as abnormal electrocardiograms and arrhythmias.
• Facilitate stress testing and other diagnostic procedures to assist in clinical decision-making.
• Leverage consultation and supervision from on-site cardiologists to enhance quality of care.
• Prescribe medications in adherence to the latest clinical guidelines and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
• Refer patients to specialists within the practice as necessary, facilitating a seamless healthcare experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily work with adult patients who are dealing with a range of cardiovascular conditions. This demographic includes individuals with a combination of risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity, as well as those with more acute presentations like coronary artery disease and heart failure. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with a focus on cardiology or related specialties.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Nevada, with the ability to obtain certifications as needed for specialized cardiology care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in cardiology, whether in outpatient settings or relevant inpatient rotations.
• Familiarity with electrophysiology and arrhythmia management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with diverse healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits
