Assistant Store Manager

As an ambassador you will represent the brand, inspire guests with world‑class service, and lead the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities Create a relaxed destination: partner with the Store Manager, motivate and support the team to deliver an exceptional experience. Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations, role‑modeling key sales and service behaviors with every team member. Develop a culture of selling by achieving the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes. Coach and develop retail team members, promote internal career growth, and set clear performance expectations. Qualifications 3+ years of retail experience. 2+ years of management team supervision experience. Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts. Experience coaching and developing a team. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to analyze reports to identify opportunities for merchandising adjustments. College degree in Business or a related field. Willingness to perform other duties as required. Physical Requirements Lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently. Bend, stoop, or kneel frequently. Climb ladders occasionally. Routine standing up to 8 hours per shift. Work varied hours, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay Range $22.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and budget.
