Testing Technician

Testing Technician Our customer in Richmond, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting a Testing Technician to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Testing Technician, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on product and component testing, documenting results, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality standards and production schedules are met. Responsibilities of the Testing Technician: Provides hands-on testing of products and components as required to ensure test standards, customer requirements, and production schedules are met. Reports accurate test results and recommends corrections. Assists in developing procedures for testing and evaluation using existing and/or new equipment. Ensures test procedures and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting data are properly followed. Interfaces with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments to help resolve test-related issues. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or vocational school training in a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Capable of working under general supervision based on guidance and direction provided by team members. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of ERP or MRP software, design software, and order processing systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong mathematical aptitude.
