The Ohio Industrial Commission Columbus Regional office seeks an onsite customer service professional to respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries about claims processing and hearing status. You will greet visitors, reference IC/ORC rules, and use iConnect and related systems to research cases, enter data, draft memos and hearing orders with accuracy and confidentiality. The schedule is full-time, 8:00 am–5:00 pm in Columbus, OH, with pay at $22.59 per hour (Step 1). #J-18808-Ljbffr
