Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, repair, and replace automotive glass on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Remove and replace windshields, door glass, rear windows, and quarter glass.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures.
- Apply adhesives and sealants according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and leak-free installation.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to customers when needed.
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Previous automotive glass installation experience.
- Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration.
- Auto glass certification or related industry training.
- Familiarity with power tools and automotive repair procedures.
