Link Solutions is seeking a Project Management Office(PMO)Support Specialist to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Must be a US Citizen Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance The Project Management Office(PMO)Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution, compliance, and quality control of ongoing ITSS efforts. The selected candidate will work closely with the ARL ITSS Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions that support mission success. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects under the general direction of the Program Manager. Assist with the development, tracking, and execution of project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. Support contract administration, reporting, and documentation in line with contractual and organizational standards. Monitor project deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards. Prepare and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and updates to internal and government stakeholders. Interface with technical, business, and support teams to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution. Assist with vendor integration tasks and track vendor deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and maintain project documentation. Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions where needed. Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure compliance with DoD and ARL-specific requirements. Must have eitherat least five (5+) years of relevant experience in project coordination, program control, or contract administration within a technical or government contracting environment, ora BA/BS degree or an AA degree with an additional two (2+) years of experience in a related field. IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher perDoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,GICSP,GSEC, SSCP, etc.). Preferred: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures. Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. A problem solver and troubleshooterwho thrives in resolvingcomplex problems. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Salary Range: $61,000 - $102,000 Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.
