Project Manager, Data Centre We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in electrical contracting and a strong background in mission-critical facilities and data center construction. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of data center construction projects, from initiation to successful completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met without delays or cost overruns. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and excellence on the project site. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in project management within the electrical contracting and construction industry, particularly in mission-critical facilities and data center projects. In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, building codes, and industry standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. Day-to-day Lead and facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address challenges. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and any necessary changes to meet project requirements. Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
