Maintenance Mechanic II

Aerospace MFG Company is a global provider of manufacturing and engineering services, delivering engineered and structural solutions for complex aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.

Position: Maintenance Mechanic II
Location: South Bay (On-site)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (plus OT)
Pay: $25.00–$33.00/hr (DOE)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant machinery and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance, replacements, adjustments, and inspections
Service mechanical equipment (pumps, cranes/hoists, hydraulic systems, vacuum pumps, basic vehicle repairs)
Dismantle equipment to diagnose issues and replace defective parts
Install new equipment as needed
Perform Arc, Gas, TIG/MIG welding

Requirements

Advanced mechanical/facilities maintenance knowledge
Hydraulics experience (able to read schematics; hydraulic and electrical)
Ability to read and understand blueprints/specs and safety/maintenance procedures
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must pass background check and drug screen
