Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, understanding diverse backgrounds and unique circumstances.

  • Complete essential documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within required timeframes to facilitate smooth administrative operations.

  • Create well-thought-out discharge plans that promote continuity of care and resource accessibility post-therapy.

  • Adhere to all federal and state laws and NEHS policies regarding mental health services, maintaining the highest ethical standards in practice.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and webinars to stay at the forefront of mental health practices and methodologies.

  • Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes shared learning.

  • Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to maintain professional qualifications in line with state standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele within the Philadelphia area, focusing on individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field that leads to licensure.
