WELD MUST PASS VISUAL** $20.00+ hourly dependingon experience 2nd Shift Opportunity to work with top tube supports and structural components Ability to read blueprints and follow welding procedures Work closely with fitters, fabricators, and quality control personnel Maintain a clean and organized work area Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services What You'll Do: Top Tube Support Welder/Stick Perform Stick (SMAW) welding on top tube supports and structural steel components Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, fitting, and positioning components Inspect completed welds for defects and conformance to quality specifications Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and alignment of assemblies Skills and Experience Preferred Candidate Might: - Previous experience with Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW/Stick) - Knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication processes, and quality standards - Experience working with carbon steel and structural steel components - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings - High school diploma or GED preferred - 2+ years in industrial painting - Experience with large industrial equipment - Knowledge of industrial coating systems - Attention to detail - OSHA safety standards familiarity Benefits Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
