Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities through comprehensive assessments.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs.

  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and monitor progress.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies for improvement.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience working with diverse patient populations in clinical or hospital settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment and diagnostic skills for speech and language disorders.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  
  
• 
  CPR certification is preferred.
