The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, therapy, and consultation services to patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions. Perform neurocognitive testing and provide in-service education. Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Participate in case conferences and team meetings. Stay current with advancements in psychological care and telehealth practices. Qualifications Ph.D., PsyD, or equivalent doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution. Valid license to practice psychology in Massachusetts. Experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychological disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
