Position Overview
We are actively seeking highly experienced NICU RNs for per diem opportunities in Harbor City, CA. This role is ideal for clinicians who excel in high-acuity neonatal care and are comfortable supporting high-risk deliveries and collaborating closely with Labor & Delivery teams.

Shift Details

• Day and Night shifts available
• Orientation: Monday–Friday schedule

Requirements

• Active CA RN license
• BLS required
• NRP required
• Minimum 3 years of NICU experience
• Must be willing to float to Labor & Delivery (L&D)
• Experience attending high-risk deliveries required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care for critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend and assist with high-risk deliveries
• Collaborate with neonatology and OB teams
• Float to L&D as needed to support patient care
• Monitor, assess, and manage neonatal conditions
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards
