Responsibilities The position will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes by directly supporting the onsite account team. Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts for recruiting and applicant screenings (background checks, assessments, and drug testing). Manage safety protocols and maintain accurate talent records. Conduct both phone and in-person interviews. Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Skills Ability to develop robust working relationships with all levels. Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information. Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work and effective time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent service orientation and professional demeanor. Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks. Education High School. Experience Entry Level. Qualifications Experience working with staffing agencies or managing contract/temporary personnel.
