Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Stepdown Duration: 13-14 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in PCU within the last 3 years. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: AHA BLS certification required. Must-Have: Documented experience in a hospital of similar size and acuity. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a stepdown unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience should include at least 1 year in a Progressive Care Unit. A completed travel assignment is preferred for candidates without travel experience. The unit features a combination of Progressive Care and Med/Tele beds. Patient ratios are typically 1:5 and adjust for acuity. The hiring manager strives to provide a blocked schedule whenever possible. All candidates must provide a NURSYS report with no license hits. Full availability, including any requested time off, must be included in submissions. References must be current and within the same specialty.
