WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive & Move: Safely operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage trailer shipments.
• Track & Receive: Process incoming inventory and log stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• All-Hands Operations: Master case picking, cycle counts, customer order verification, and general facility upkeep.
• Stay Safe: Keep a clean workspace following safety protocols (Cold-storage and Food Safety/HACCP experience is a big plus!).

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2-3 Years of recent warehouse experience.
• 1+ Year operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
• 1+ Year loading/unloading trailers & receiving.
• 1+ Year using a WMS.
• Solid English communication skills (written & verbal).
• High flexibility for extended hours when production ramps up!

Responsibilities

• Forklift & Material Handling: Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload trailer shipments.
• Receiving & WMS Management: Process inbound inventory and accurately track stock using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Cross-Functional Operations: Perform case picking, routine cycle counts, customer verification requests, and general facility upkeep/sanitation.
• Safety & Quality Standards: Maintain safety guidelines and operational protocols (cold environment and Food Safety/HACCP practices applied where relevant).
• Communication & Flexibility: Coordinate clearly in English with team members and work extended hours as business needs require.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
