As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced service advisors to ensure every rider who walks through our doors has a smooth, professional experience - from check-in to pick-up.**WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for motorcycle and powersports vehicle service appointments* Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person* Open, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in our dealer management system* Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving efficiently* Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board* Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage and condition notes* Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive* Support service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up calls**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** A genuine interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry - riding experience is a plus* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Detail-oriented with good organizational habits* Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS (CDK, DealerSocket, etc.) is helpful but not required* Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement required* Prior customer service, automotive, or dealership experience is a bonus - not a requirement**WHAT WE OFFER*** Competitive hourly pay with opportunities to grow into a full Service Advisor role* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid training and manufacturer certifications* A team culture built by riders, for riders* Stable schedule - Tuesday through Saturdaylocations: Fay Myerstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Ago #J-18808-Ljbffr Schomp Automotive Group
