The City of Pewaukee is seeking a full-time Appraiser to value personal and real property for the City Assessment Roll, in accordance with Wisconsin statutes. The position emphasizes mass appraisal methods and accurate property records. Qualified applicants will have an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Mathematics or related field; two or more years in assessment or real estate; certification as an Assessor I or II; a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Pewaukee
