Shift - MUST BE OPEN TO 1ST OR 3RD
1ST - 5:30am-4pm OR 6:30am - 5pm Monday-Thursday
3RD - 7pm- 5:30am Sunday-Wednesday

Specific requirements for this position:
must be able to do basic math, walk 6 to 8 miles in a 10 hour shift,

-Do not need experience to do this position BUT if you have Industrial experience that is prefered.

-MUST have DL if they have Forklift experience, run their DL and Forklift training.
-If the ee does NOT have Forklift experience they do NOT need to do Forklift training.
-if they aren't driving a forklift they no longer need a valid DL or the forklift training, etc

The role stands at a level 1 position, demanding the capacity to manage up to 35 lbs. The multifaceted responsibilities encompass:

Diligent product inspections
Meticulous sand analysis
Timely completion of mandatory documentation

Precise segregation of acceptable castings into designated receptacles while segregating scrap castings

Proficiency in laboratory operations

While forklift usage is infrequent, the company ensures thorough certification for all employees. An active driver's license, no more than 2 points and devoid of DUI infractions within the last 7 years, is requisite.

Our needs will determine what shift you will work, so you must be open to either 1st or 3rd. 1st shift timings (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM) during the training phase, with potential Friday shifts (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) 3rd shift runs from Sunday night to Wednesday night (7:00 PM - 5:30 AM), with the potential for Thursday night overtime.

A high school diploma or GED is essential. Compensation begins at $16.00 per hour, with increments to $16.50 per hour for 1st shift and $17.10 per hour for 3rd shift upon achieving permanent employment status. A compelling incentive includes an $850 attendance bonus every 4 months, translating to an extra $1.44 per hour or $3,000 annually.
