POSITION: Business Analyst (Retail/Payments)
LOCATION: Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months CTH
REQUIRED SKILLS
MUST HAVES:
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or payment-related projects.
Experience working with payment processing, payment gateways, POS systems, financial transactions, or payment operations.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience supporting vendors and third-party technology partners.
Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and testing/UAT processes.;
