Lead Service Maintenance Technician - Multifamily

The Community Builders is seeking a skilled Service Technician III in Lincoln, MA to respond to service requests, perform interior and exterior repairs, and maintain grounds. This lead role emphasizes strong customer service, safety, and independent work across multiple trades. Five days per week in office is required. The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on repair experience in at least three trades, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license.
