We operate 4 person group homes and individual apartment settings. Our residential services are rehabilitative, and our aim is to help individuals reach their personal goals for independence. Schedule Various full and part time positions available. Salary $17.00 hourly Benefits Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible. Direct Support Professional Responsibilities Providing caregiver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary Teaching and maintaining skills Cooking and feeding assistance Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities Medication administration Participating in recreational activities with residents! Required Skills No degree is required! If you have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and are over the age of 18, we will provide all of the training that you need to provide high-quality care; no experience is necessary. DSPs are people-oriented – they assist individuals with their caregiver skills, provide Home Services, and strive to improve their quality of life! DSPs are adaptable and flexible – they enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction that keep their work day interesting. They are dependable – provide efficient and exemplary personal care assistance.
