Job Description

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer and internal quality issues
• Support and improve the Quality Management System within a manufacturing environment
• Partner crossfunctionally to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction
• Lead internal audits and support external and customer audits
• Develop metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support new product introductions, change management, and validations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Quality Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality roles
• Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
• Experience working within an ISO 9001 (or equivalent) quality system
• Comfortable working on the shop floor and with operations teams
• Strong communication skills and customerfacing capability
