Fence Specialties LLC is seeking a motivated, bilingual Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. This role focuses on assisting walk-in customers and answering incoming calls, recommending fencing products, preparing quotes and orders, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales and generate new business.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and comfortable taking initiative to grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate fencing materials, hardware, and accessories.
- Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, and invoices while providing information on pricing, product availability, and delivery.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet customer needs.
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through customer interactions, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, installers, and residential customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with warehouse and other internal teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain product knowledge and work toward established sales goals.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous inside sales experience.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities, recommend products, and confidently follow up with customers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales and order-entry systems.
- Experience in building materials or wholesale distribution is preferred.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
