Food distribution company seeking a temp HR Specialist to join their company in Perris, CA. You will be responsible for employee relations, employment/labor law, onboarding, and other HR related duties as assigned. Looking for someone who is well rounded in HR who has supported multiple differentfunctions. bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. This is a temp opportunity to help support their HR department. Looking to have someone work for 3 months. You will be working M-F 8am-5pm with weekends off. This role is 100% onsite in Perris, CA. They are looking to get someone in the seat as soon as possible. salary: $25 - $35 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Oversees auditing processes in multiple departments to ensure policies and procedures are being followed Prepares meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits Reviews and responds to unemployment claims with appropriate documentation Handles employee relations issues, appropriately referring them to senior management Compiles data and prepares yearly submission of OSHA and worker's compensation reports for insurance purposes Conducts stay-interviews in partnership with managers and exit interviewing Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database Conducts and/or coordinates various employee training programs Skills Employee Relations Workers Compensation Leaves Spanish Employment Law Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
