Mitigation Technician

Position: Mitigation/Restoration Technician Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development OT + On Call Bonuses Hands‑on training Weekly pay schedule PTO & Sick Pay Medical, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance Work for one of the largest and best SERVPRO franchises Qualifications: Experience with heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction or restoration, and/or general labor Valid driver’s license required WRT certification required Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to be on call occasionally due to 24‑hour emergency services Some night and weekend work required Job Responsibilities: Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.) Set up staging area and equipment for each project Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction Relay customer needs and concerns Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites clean and orderly Equal‑Opportunity Employer Statement: SERVPRO is an equal‑opportunity employer.
