The Licensed Practical Nurse collects data and provides patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse as defined by the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of SFHC. The LPN reports to the Clinic Manager or designee. Qualifications:

Job Requirements: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing Current License as LPN in the State of Kansas BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requi rements: Previous related experience
