What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and create a memorable dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu by answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently.
• Anticipate guests' needs and check in throughout their visit to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally by listening, involving a manager when appropriate, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.
