About the Opportunity

\n

A leading AI lab is seeking board-certified general surgeons to evaluate healthcare AI models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and assess AI-generated responses to clinical questions in general surgery, helping improve clinical accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with current standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Evaluate AI-generated general surgery responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
\n
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
\n
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
\n
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
\n
• Board certification in General Surgery through an ABMS member board or the AOA.
\n
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
\n
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
\n
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
\n
• At least one year of independent practice after completing training.
\n
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Three or more years of post-training clinical experience.
\n
• Experience evaluating clinical information and applying evidence-based medical judgment.
\n

Compensation
