That means a 3 days off every week!Competitive salaries and great benefits including a 403(b) plan with both a 5% company contribution and 50% match of the first 7% after 1 year of service.192 hours (YES 19 DAYS!) of PTO offered in the first year in addition to 6 paid holidays for fulltime employees with potential for PTO buy back for unused time.EMPLOYEES MATTER AT TVN!!TVN paid out a 3.5% annual salary bonus and over 80 hours of PTO buyback ($1.1 million BACK to employees) this fiscal year and has a 11-year history of providing annual bonus and PTO buybacks!TVN offers a generous retirement contribution and contributed nearly $1.5 million into employee 403(b) accounts this fiscal year!Advancement Opportunities: The village network is a growing organization and we aim to promote from within.Job Title: Behavioral Management Specialist - NightsReports To: Program Supervisor or ManagerDirect Reports: NoneSummary:As a partner in building brighter futures for youth and their families, your role will be to provide direct care and other related technical and clinical support activities that align with The Village Network’s Mission, Vision & Values.Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:Assists in the transportation needs when not temporarily assigned to other program needs.Provides behavior management in assigned areas, keeps clients on task, and documents behavior modification system.Assists teacher /staff with daily operation of assigned area. Assists with attendance, communication with parents and referring agencies. Provides transportation if necessary. Oversees meal time and breaks.Provides crisis and/or individual counseling, groups for youth under supervision. This must be coordinated with the teacher and/or Clinical Therapist.Provides psych educational groups for youth. Selects curriculum based on group’s needs, in coordination with teachers and/or Clinical Therapists.Assists in the behavioral management of the residential campus when not assigned to other program needs.Provides direction to Youth Care Specialists as required.Performs other duties as required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to use a computer; proficiency with Microsoft Office products.High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field a plus.Must be 21 years of age.Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance.
