300-bed hospital Level III Trauma Center
Schedule:
Wed, Thurs, Fri weekly + flexible weekend call (every 4th 7th weekend)
Shift:
Day 7 AM 5 PM; Night call 5 PM 7 AM (low call volume, minimal callbacks)
Group Size:
7 PM&R Physicians
Practice Setting:
100% Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation
Caseload & Practice Mix:
Avg. patients/day: 14
PM&R breakdown:
Sports/Ortho Rehab: 33%
CNS Rehab: 50%
Medical Rehab: 17%
Worksite Resources:
14 exam rooms
Onsite X-ray
Epic EMR (Hospital system)
Affiliated hospital transfers common within miles
Required Procedures & Setting:
Sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation facility
Supervision of other providers
