We're looking for a skilled, mechanically inclined Machine Assembler who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and bringing precision-engineered equipment to life. At American Games, you'll help assemble the pull-tab vending machines and Accucounters used by charitable organizations across North America. Every machine you build contributes to products that help communities raise millions of dollars for worthwhile causes.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Assembler, you'll assemble, test, troubleshoot and inspect mechanical and electrical components while ensuring every machine meets our high standards for quality, safety and performance.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble pull-tab vending machines, Accucounters and mechanical subassemblies.
• Build and install wiring harnesses by cutting, stripping, bundling, fastening and soldering wires as needed.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics and technical documentation.
• Align, calibrate and adjust components to ensure proper machine operation.
• Perform quality inspections, functional testing and sample vending tests on completed machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical assembly issues.
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools and specialized assembly equipment.
• Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and production team members to resolve assembly challenges and improve processes.
• Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving mechanical problems, building quality products and continuously improving their skills in a manufacturing environment.

• Two (2) to three (3) years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Dependable, punctual and safety focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work overtime as production demands require.
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
