Salary: $30-$32/hr DOE + management stipend

The Shot Nurse is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our clinical team!

Join a growing wellness clinic specializing in hormone replacement therapy, preventative health, vitamin injections, travel medicine, and immunizations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with staff and patients, and takes initiative without waiting to be directed.

This position combines clinical responsibilities with operational leadership and requires a leader who is comfortable supporting staff, interacting with patients, and remaining actively engaged in daily clinic operations.

We are seeking a proactive, approachable leader with strong organizational and computer skills who can effectively balance staff leadership with operational oversight.

The successful candidate will be a visible leader who enjoys working alongside staff, building team engagement, and maintaining a strong presence throughout the clinic.

The ideal candidate:

• Leads by example and enjoys being actively involved with staff and daily operations
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing inventory, scheduling, and workflow
• Is proactive, dependable, and comfortable making decisions independently
• Possesses strong communication skills and can coach, motivate, and hold staff accountable when needed
• Is proficient with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred), Microsoft Excel, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is comfortable stepping in wherever needed to support the team and patient experience.
• Understands that leadership means being present, engaged, and willing to support the team wherever needed

Previous management experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of vaccines and Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a plus but not required.

Required:

Unrestricted TN/compact license (RN)

Current CPR certification

Strong computer skills

Ability to stand for extended periods of time >1hr
