• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

• Contract: 13 Weeks

• Hours: 36 Hours/Week

• Shift: Nights

• Schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Floating: Required

• Call: Required

About the Role

As an ER Travel RN , you’ll provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and complex conditions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where strong assessment skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to prioritize care are essential.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced ER nurse who thrives under pressure and is confident caring for patients across varying levels of acuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and prioritize patients according to acuity.

• Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient emergency nursing care.

• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.

• Monitor patients closely and recognize changes in condition.

• Assist physicians and the healthcare team with emergency procedures.

• Initiate and maintain IV access and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

• Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient status.

• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

• Float to other appropriate departments as required.

• Participate in the required call schedule.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department RN experience

• ACLS , BLS ,PALS ,TNCC ,ENPC , NRP – Preferred

• Strong emergency nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment

• Flexibility to float and participate in call requirements
