HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST Experience: 3–5+ Years of HR Generalist Experience HRIS: Rippling Experience Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Certification: SHRM or PHR Certification a Plus Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted HR resource for leadership and employees. This hands-on role covers recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, performance management, and training. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and HR questions. Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues. Administer benefits, 401(k), COBRA, and annual enrollment. Maintain employee records and process changes within Rippling. Support and process bimonthly payroll and related reporting. Manage FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, OSHA, and employment compliance. Maintain HR policies, Employee Handbook, and personnel documentation. Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development. Support HR reporting, compensation analysis, and process improvements. What You’ll Bring 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience. Experience supporting a small to mid-sized organization preferred. Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, OSHA, and wage/hour laws. Experience with recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. HRIS experience; Rippling preferred. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage multiple HR priorities and confidential matters. Bachelor's degree and SHRM/PHR certification preferred, but not required. WHY JOIN?
