Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, No Call, No OB | Geneva, NY


Virtus Healthcare Staffing is engaged in a search for a dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our partner, a respected general hospital in Geneva, NY. This full-time role is based in their Operating Room and Surgery Center, offering a balanced work schedule with no on-call responsibilities and no obstetrics cases.



Provide Exceptional Anesthesia Care


As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care in a supportive and collaborative environment.



Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia care to patients in the OR and Surgery Center.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and administer anesthetic medications.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, adjusting anesthesia as necessary.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted CRNA certification.
• Active Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse licenses in New York.
• Proven experience in anesthesia care, preferably in a surgery center or OR setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
