As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Bristol, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role blends strong customer service, clear communication, and a people-first approach while supporting daily operations with teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying credentials and following established visitor and contractor protocols for the location.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by observing workplace activity, helping to control access to restricted areas, and communicating with supervisors regarding security-related issues and/or disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor and/or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
