Our team is dedicated to providing extraordinary member service across 28 branches and online banking. Responsibilities Accountable for providing excellent member experience and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assist members with accurately processing a variety of teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cash advances and other requests. Maintain a high level of cash and confidential information security while balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals. Actively engage membership to identify unrealized financial needs and recommend effective solutions. Support branch growth by achieving established referral goals. Ensure members are promptly and professionally served. Qualifications Education/Certification High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Cash handling and customer service experience strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to keep finances in order. Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures.
