Position Overview:
Liberty Trail RV is expanding our mobile service division and we are seeking a high-level, master diagnostic RV technician to help build and lead it. This is not a parts-changer role. This is not a helper position. We are looking for a technician who can diagnose complex electrical issues, appliance failures, and system faults efficiently and fix them correctly the first time. We are seeking a professional ambassador who will build trusting relationships within our community and represent Liberty Trail RV through integrity, expert advice, and elite workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced diagnostics (12V, 120V, converters, inverters, battery systems)
Appliance troubleshooting (furnace, A/C, refrigerator, water heaters)
Slide-out and leveling system diagnostics
Structural and roof leak troubleshooting
Plumbing and freeze damage repair
Customer education and preventative maintenance recommendations
Accurate digital work order documentation
Professional representation of Liberty Trail RV in the field

Compensation:
(Based on Experience) $30 $42 per hour $30$34/hr for strong experienced technicians $35$42/hr for master-level diagnostic technicians
Performance bonuses

Qualifications:
5+ years RV repair experience preferred
Strong electrical diagnostic ability required
Dealership background highly preferred
RVTI Level 2 or 3 strongly preferred
Clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule
