Serves as working supervisor for team or work group using comprehensive knowledge of a seasoned professional. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: RequiredMaster's Degree: PreferredFive years' relevant experience: PreferredOne year's leadership experience: PreferredEssential Functions:Provides technical leadership while performing escalated or complex duties. Oversees employee/delegate work tasks throughout the organization to ensure tasks are completed properly and timely. Adheres to medical and legal patient practices. Schedules staffing shifts and in-house education.Collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques and analytical approach. Participates in goal setting process with clinic management team. Develops and implements strategy to achieve monthly/annual goals.Performs marketing research and maintains physician contact information. Ensures patient satisfaction. Uses independent judgment requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.Conducts performance reviews and provides input on direct reports for human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
