HOSPICE AIDE I

Job Description Step into a meaningful role within our Hospice Care Team as a Hospice Aide dedicated to supporting patients and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. You’ll help provide comfort, dignity, and continuity of care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients and families we serve. This position provides care for hospice patients in their homes and long-term care settings throughout the Westside of Cincinnati. You’ll work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, CNPs, nurses, STNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, holistic care providers, and Volunteers, all working together to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
