Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, reevaluations, and behavioral assessments
• Interpret assessment data and produce comprehensive evaluation reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting special education eligibility processes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, counselors, and special education staff to design interventions
• Provide counseling and social-emotional support to students as needed
• Develop and assist with behavioral interventions and individualized support plans
• Support the implementation of MTSS/RTI interventions
• Consult with families to discuss student needs and appropriate recommendations
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, adhering to required timelines
• Offer actionable strategies to enhance both academic and behavioral outcomes for students

Qualifications:

• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Indiana School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, communication, and organization
• Familiarity with special education procedures, legal requirements, and IEP development
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing student cases, meetings, and documentation commitments
