• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM); Minimum 1 year of hospitalist experience strongly preferred
• Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) License and DEA required
