Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering growth, healing, and improved relational dynamics.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic sessions—both individual and group—utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities adapted to the client's needs.

• Guide clients in mastering coping strategies, effective communication skills, and problem-solving techniques.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients, sharing insights that enhance treatment efficacy.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• At least two years of professional experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and within a team.

• Proficiency in managing caseloads independently and utilizing electronic health records efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
