Position Summary As an Applebee's Server, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a fun, flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent guest service, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. Recommend menu items and answer questions about specials, pricing, and portion sizes. Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and service equipment. Work the register, process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Assist with table setup, clearing, and replenishment during busy periods. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Strong verbal communication skills. Commitment to providing excellent service and a positive dining experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages starting at minimum wage, plus the opportunity to earn tips. Physical & Workplace Requirements Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours, lift up to 25 pounds, use protective hand coverings, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.
