Business Development Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Data & AI Services business. As a trusted technology partner, we help organizations unlock the value of their data by delivering innovative solutions across Data Engineering, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Digital Transformation. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth by positioning our expertise and solutions to enterprise customers. You will collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to understand client challenges, develop tailored solutions, and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in the Data, AI, and Digital Transformation space. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients for Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services. Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners. Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events. Understand client business challenges and position our Data & AI capabilities as strategic solutions. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and solution presentations. Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and account growth. Expand existing client relationships by identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer value. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Stay informed about market trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive offerings.
